About IBN Las Vegas The Las Vegas Feed for the Incident Broadcast Network is provided by the service owner Brian Baldwin. Originally from Washington State, IBN was created when Brian moved to Las Vegas many years ago. He wanted to create a service that was fun and expandable. The Las Vegas feed is actually one of the busiest feeds on the server to date. With a feed from one of the fastest growing area's and largest cities in the US. The feeds plays host to many different options to listen to action in the heat. In April of 2008 The Las Vegas feed joined the many feeds that also broadcasted on the Icecast server of IBN - allowing us to provide the feed here on the web site, as well as in an .mp3 format for listeners to use on their own players.
